A new afterschool program is coming to Champaign in spring 2027: the academy’s design, build, test rhythm, fitted to a school week. Once a week, after school, at Next Generation School.

How it will feel
The same spirit, in an afternoon
Shorter sessions in the same hands-on spirit as the summer academy, with the same emphasis on using new tools like AI thoughtfully. Projects that get designed, built and tested over a few weeks rather than a few days.
